Summerton Kitchens

Privacy

This page explains, in plain language, how Summerton Kitchens handles information when you use this website or contact us.

Information you choose to provide

If you request a quote or contact us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, selected service and the project details you submit. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and provide services you request.

Chatbot messages

Messages sent to the website assistant are processed to generate a reply and help you decide whether to contact Joshua. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for an initial joinery enquiry. Chat messages may be retained for operational, security or service-improvement purposes for as long as reasonably needed.

Website analytics

If analytics is enabled for this website, we use Replit-hosted, privacy-conscious analytics to understand page visits and useful interactions such as quote submissions, phone clicks and chatbot use. The website does not send form values, names, phone numbers, email addresses or free-text project descriptions as analytics event data. Analytics availability and settings are controlled through the website hosting platform.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures for the information we hold. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, meet business requirements or resolve disputes, subject to applicable Australian obligations.

Your choices and questions

You can choose not to provide optional information, although we may not be able to respond fully to an enquiry without the details needed to contact you. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or ask a privacy question, contact Summerton Kitchens at summertonkitchens@gmail.com. We will consider requests and respond appropriately to the circumstances.
